Integrated wellness—body, mind and spirit with resiliency in the face of all life throws at us has felt impossible…. Until now.

What is the Integration Experience?

In this innovative 4 month hybrid coaching program, we explore the ground-breaking science and physiology of our Endocannabinoid Systems & Autonomic Nervous Systems, the subconscious mind, our thoughts, feelings and habits to enact personalized change. We root into the spiritual wisdom of each person’s unique understanding to create individualized and sustainable wellbeing. This wholistic approach reduces physical, mental & emotional pain, stress, anguish, worry and burnout and enables you to live vibrantly from your internal knowing to navigate all the ups and downs of life with ease, awareness & calm.

The unique approach in the integration experience includes self-paced learning paired with group and one on one coaching to embody this new science, tune into our bodies, feelings & experiences and reclaim our inner power & wisdom. This process re-connects us to our spiritual center.

I coach the modern woman from constant stress, do-ing & burnout to more easeful, streamlined effective action and help transform those uncomfortable feelings of anxiousness, overwhelm, depression or low mood to days of calm, focus & inspired joy.  I help you finally achieve your physical & mental health goals, change behaviors that have felt impossible to shift: like establish and sustain an exercise routine; develop restorative sleep habits, stop emotional eating, excessive alcohol consumption and stop doom scrolling on social media. Learn how to effectively step into the relationship dynamics you desire (with kids, partner, boss, parents, etc) and create sustainable lifestyle shifts for less stress and wellbeing. My approach is different because I don’t believe you are broken, need fixing or are a diagnosis or label. You are human, whole and worthy. With the integration experience you will create personalized practices, rooted in care of your physiology, unraveling the habitual thought patterns that no longer serve you and remembering your connection something greater than self resulting in wellness and resiliency long after our time together.  

I take the science and make it approachable, understandable and relevant while cultivating an empathetic space for the questions & perspective shifting needed for growth,  self-discovery & healing. Through our interactive coaching  you’ll learn you are not alone in your struggle and how to reclaim & stand in your internal power to elicit sustainable change and create mental, physical and spiritual wellbeing in your daily life.
